This painting is one of a kind original piece, painted by the me in 2024, in between series. It is a kind of a still life - little bits of things around the studio arranged on a window ledge overlooking the garden. I wanted to paint a combination of objects and images of objects to explore how the representations and their subjects operates when painted in a new pictorial plane. painting out the window felt like a bit of a metaphor at the time-i was spending a lot of time alone indoors with a little kid.

This piece is ready to hang and has been sealed on the back with an acrylic sealant.
